It's only when we truly know and understand This page is still under construction.
You may have thought about various ways in which you can manage your time better. You may have tried ToDo lists or schedules, but you still feel that you waste more of your time than others.
One successful trick is to plan to accomplish more than you will be able to achieve.
No, you should not necessarily pressure yourself to push more. However, you should organize your day with other considerations.
Use some reverse "what if" planning. Plan each part of the day normally, and then ask yourself what you would do if you have additional time during that block of time. If you do have that additional time, then you will have a reserve option to fill up that time, so that it is not wasted.
By planning more than you can actually accomplish, you can get more done.
that we have a limited time on earth
and that we have no way of knowing
when our time is up
that we will begin to live each day
to the fullest,
as if it were the only one we had.
- Elisabeth Kubler-Ross
