There is much more to technology than computers. As a matter of fact, our lives are in danger of being controlled by modern technology and devices.

Yet, despite all of this progress in technology, it is difficult for many of us to keep track of what's out there – and much less, how to use those devices.

Worse – most of us do not have a way to evaluate whether we need to get each new device that is on the market.

Technology Life was initiated in order to help us cope with a situation that may become overwhelming. You are welcome to join our discussions.

Our collective information, background, and knowledge will help us help each other be successful in our teaching.

This group discusses topics relevant to technology. We do not have off-topic discussions. Following are some sample issues that are discussed:

• The use of projectors, cameras, video devices, or other forms of photography
• The value of new devices
• Alternatives to technological devices
• Hints on how to use these devices successfully and easily
• Reports of bugs in technological devices
• Recommendations for workarounds that can deal with these bugs
• Methods of making it easier to use technological devices
• Information about additional resources for learning about technology
• Expert advice about using existing devices together with the new technology
