This website is still very much a work in progress. I anticipate that about one month of work is needed to bring this site to its "final" state. Currently the Day by Day and Campaigns pages need major work. All of the pages could benefit from a more thorough proof-reading. I definitely want to spend more time polishing the graphic appearence of site. I am only slightly proficient with Photoshop, et all., but I try my best.
I hope to continually update the site with new material and analysis. At the moment, I have a large accumulation of information that I need to type-up and get posted. In fact, I have SO much material, that I couldn't even begin to estimate when the site (and by extension) my book will be done. Probably I'll keep working on the 24th for many years. Given that, I would like to do give priority to those areas for which there is the most interest. Currently I am focusing the majority of my time on preparing short biography pages for the Regiment's members. I have been getting 3 to 4 emails per week inquiring about specific soldiers, ususally from descendants. Send mail and let me know what information and features you would like to see!
