A similar state-line monument stands on the Georgia/Alabama border along US 411 (cosigned GA 53 in the Peach State). Also, just south of Pickens Co. 30 and the town of Ethelsville, I have a picture of one of the welcome signs from the community of Macedonia. The sign definitely stands out.
