Immortus

Immortus is the power-hungry ruler of timeless Limbo. While at times he has appeared benevolent towards the Avengers (he performed the wedding ceremony of Vision and the Scarlet Witch), it was all part of a master plan to use the Scarlet Witch in his quest to rule time itself. He revealed that he was responsible for all of the tragedies that occurred in Wanda's life (her twins be part of a demon, Vision be dismantled and losing all of his emotional capacity, etc). These acts alone make him Wanda's most hated adversary.
