The Maximoffs

When Django and Marya Maximoff lost their children, Ana and Mateo, they believed they would never have a family. Then one night, like a manifesting god, the High Evolutionary appeared before them with Wanda and Pietro as a gift. They were to raise the children as their own. As a shaman for a gypsy tribe, Django found it hard to find the resources to raise his family. Stealing from villagers to save his family from starvation set the people in a frenzy. During the riot Pietro and Wanda were separated from their parents and believed them to be dead. Years later, Django was reunited with his children (actually believing them to be Ana and Mateo). Shortly after he sacrificed his life to save his daughter when Wanda was possessed by the demon Chton.
