You have a very nice site here. I don't think there is any relation. My father's name was James. His father was Anthony br. 1879(Ohio). His father's name was William br. 1856(Ohio). And I believe his father was James also born in Ohio. I can't seem to find any relative from this line.

My family line breaks off at Isaac son of Daniel. The John J. Lewis that put together the history was actually my great Uncle. I have had the history in my possession for a long time and decided to add to it to present to my children a ancestral tree an history of the family. Now I can even add more to the history from what you have. This like getting to know a family all over again. The only family member still alive on my side is my mother. I have an old photo album that my mother has loaned to me with some old pictures. Please email me back. My snail mail address is RR#1 Box 346, Grafton, NH 03240. I come from Albany, NY originally. I was told by several individuals that I have native linage but I can't seen to locate it. There is a gap when we get down to the Hill's and the Camps. Ray, I just wanted to say thanks again for your your hard work. My LeVan line goes back through my mother, Velma LeVan Pope Dunning, to James Benjamin LeVan I in eastern Tenn., our first known LeVan, early 1800's, so I've been unable to connect with the a. Hi, I told my parents who are touring in Canada that I found you on the internet and I printed your picture for when they return. We live in Thornton, IL originally from Winchester, Indiana, Mom was born in Union City, Indiana. As I continued the search I see there are many out there. Looking at your picture, I noted a quite a resemblence. My father's name is Donald Eugene, he has a sister Betty, and three brothers, one passed which is William, and the other two are Virgil and Lee Jackson. My grandfa hers name was William and Grandmother was Sylvia. They also had another daughter Dora Mae who passed very young (3 yrs old) from pnuemonia. I believe my dad was in contact with another Stonerock named Robert from Ohio and he then gathered the informatio that he knew and made a list.
