Hierarchy Aliens

The Hierarchy Aliens live in the Delta Quadrant of the Milky Way Galaxy, and they were first encountered by the Federation in early 2376. They like to spy on vessels that pass through their space. If they discover that the vessel has something they want, they attack it. They tried to attack the U.S.S. Voyager in order to steal antimatter and dilithium. However, they decided to abort their attack when they mistakenly believed that the Doctor had created a photonic canon, which could destroy anything it came in contact with.
