The Drigus Desert

The desert you've entered is more dry and barren than you ever imagined a place could be. As you search around for a bit of shade, your guide tells you about it.

"Here you may see a rather rare animal. It's a cross between a horse, a tiger, and a dragon, with a little something else thrown in. It is called a drigus. The ones you see here are especially important as part of our breeding program. For this reason, I ask you please to leave them here. They are needed to maintain the herd!"

As Silvanon finishes speaking, you catch your first sight of a drigus.

"This is Kyrienev, the herd stallion," Silvanon introduces you.

You give Kyrienev a bow, and he nods in return. "Greetings traveler," he says in a surprisingly mellow voice. "Are you interested in adopting one of our young?"

You respond enthusiastically, and Kyrienev continues. "Good. I will explain to you the process." In order to adopt, you must choose who will be the parents of your baby. Then you must fill out the adoption form. Once you have done so, you will be given an egg to take care of.

"So, what are my choices for the parents of my baby?" you ask.

There are many possible choices, any drigus that Silvanon has "activated" may become a parent of your baby. I myself am available, as are the mares of my herd. If you wish me to be the father, then you need to know, my ID number is 4m." Kyrienev points you towards the next dune over. "The mares are over there."

Tabitha is one of the mares of the drigus herd.

Neysia is another drigus mare.

Mystaih, a third mare.

You return from meeting with the mares, and a new question occurs to you. "So, where you I find this form I have to fill out?"

"Right over there," responds Kyrienev cheerfully. He pauses, then goes on, "If you're wanting a baby that's unique to you, however, you should go visit Silvanon Art."
