In order to earn this award, your site must use ALT image labeling tags, text descriptions, transcripts, and other techniques for providing disabled users with the fullest experience possible of your posted materials. The site in question should not have any broken links or broken images. Webring image problems are not an issue in a review if the webring administrators are the ones at fault for the missing pictures. This award is usually given to sites based upon review and is the hardest one to earn. As with the other awards, it will be displayed in the manner I request. Failure to follow this guideline will result in my revoking your award status and removing you from the winners list should you win. Good luck.
