This project has become too popular (expensive) for me to maintain. Therefore, in 2002 I donated it to my church. Visit the Christ the King Anglican Church Christmas Page for the latest content. At the new site you can access a caroling songbook (sorry, lyrics only) and lyrics online for a total of 51 Christmas carols and songs. Be sure to sign the church guestbook. I'll keep this page around for a while as a historical artifact.
By the way, my new personal Web site is alum.mit.edu/www/tbc/.
Yours In Christ,

How to send me e-mail: I have irrefutable evidence that spammers have been harvesting my e-mail from this page. Therefore, if you want to send me e-mail, you'll have to convert this to an e-mail address: t i m c + x m a s 0 2 at d i v i d e dot n e t . For example, f o o + b a r 0 2 at m i c r o s o f t dot c o m becomes foo+bar02@microsoft.com. Note that the plus sign ('+') is part of the address. I no longer read mail sent to t i m c + o l d x m a s at d i v i d e dot n e t.

Visitors continue to write to me asking for music or for lyrics to songs not listed here. I'm sorry, but I cannot help you. Try using the Web's best search engine. You might want to try Christmas sheet music at Operation Letters to Santa, Diversi-Tune, or The Cyber Hymnal. Coty Pinckney has even better advice.
For the Biblical account of the first Christmas, read The Gospel According to Luke, chapter 2, verses 1-20.
For more Christmas pages, have a look at these:
Yahoo! Links to Christmas Carols. Since they bought out my Web host GeoCities, I thought I'd give them a plug. Besides, they've linked to me since the early days of the 'Net.
Operation Letters to Santa. Denise wrote me a very polite letter suggesting reciprocal links. "The site was inspired by two articles written by journalist Timothy Harper ... [describing] the efforts of individuals who go to Post offices to read and answer letters from needy children to Santa Claus." There's much more there, too. It's a good source for Christmas sheet music.
"Sleigh Ride," holiday music from the USAF Heritage of America Band. Kurt wrote to me 12/1/99 and said his site is a "complete virtual CD of Christmas, holiday season, and Hanukkah music in MP3 and RealAudio." I downloaded all the tracks and have been playing it over and over. I love it! I love band music, and this is first rate! Besides I can see the U.S. Air Force Academy from my house, so of course I want to support the men & women serving our country in that branch.
Christmas Magazine. Esther made me aware of her site on 10/1/05. She says about here site: "The Christmas Magazine offers a new Advent calendar each year. Lots of decoration and entertaining ideas, eCards, eInvites, stories, poems, kids pages, games." I browsed around and liked what I saw. I think you will too.
The Holiday Spot. Moumita wrote to me 12/1/99 and asked to exchange links. She and her husband are from India and co-develop the site.
123greetings.com. Surjendu wrote to me two years in a row. When I got his second message on 11/26/99 I realized that last year I shied away from his site because it seemed so commercial. Well, I've had a change of heart. The cards are cute. I like the religious ones best.
Jako has a page featuring the different versions of "Silent Night, Holy night" in different languages.
1997 Amazing Animated Advent Calendar. I was featured as day 8. Be sure to visit this year's calendar!
Jeanne has a holiday page. She and I traded links in the early days.
Peggie's Christmas page. Peggie wrote to me on 12/19/95 announcing she'd included a link here, so I'm returning the favor. Her site was very good (better than mine :-) in 1995, and I've watched it continue to grow and improve. It's now hosted by the Internet giant, gospelcom.net. Congratulations, Peggie!
So many others link to me that I thought I'd just let Google maintain the list. (And a whole lot easier than managing a web ring!)
If these publications found my little site, then they're bound to have other unique Christmas-related features.
Christian Teens, hosted by about.com. (The actual article that mentions my site is "Prepare for Christmas". Thanks, Brandon!)
Suite101.com. (The actual article that mentions my site is "More Christmas Sites". Thanks, Wayne!)
Yahoo Internet Life. (The actual article that mentions my site is "A Yahoo! Internet Life Christmas Carol," in the December, 1996 issue. Thanks, Michael!)
The Gazette. I received mention on Dallas Heltzell's CONNECTING Page December 22, 1996. My thanks to whoever tipped my local paper.
Maintenance of this site is made easier thanks to Mozilla, XEmacs, and CSS.

If you see ugly Yahoo ads below, complain to them. I can't find a way to make them go away. I can't even find a way to make them look prettier.
