Having been born into an Italian Catholic family, I have been a member of the Orthodox Church since I was a small child. My father left the Catholic Church when they became too liberal for him (after Vatican II). He was later ordained to the priesthood. I have a friend in New York City (Queens) who was born on Long Island, but is of Greek descent. His parents still maintain a home in Greece and on Long Island. I'm very interested in your work on Peace issues and intend to read some of your articles. Are you at all familiar with the Orthodox Peace Fellowship?
