MoreOver, Precious Ones, not only are you
dealing with an influx of info but you are
ALSO having to cope with the
fluctuating energies of mother earth,
the influence of the veils thinning,
the quickening of vibrational
frequencies (time is LITERALLY
going faster),
star gates & portals

all of which are energy sources to
information ... it is no wonder
everything is in a flux of change ...
Gaia is mirroring You as You mirror Her..
all the e_motional Upheavals are reflected
by Mother earth 's turmoil which is evidenced by
hurricanes, floods, volcanic
eruptions .... Concurrently,
while you are trying to balance
*&* align Your physical
mental emotional *&* Spiritual Energies,
She is also trying to equalize &
return to a State of Harmony
in balance with ALL Living
Things in The Universal Galactic
Cosmos once again ...

going to stop ... the
changes are coming fast & strong ...
Whenever there is a state of unrest,
unbalance, it is easy to be swayed by
the currents of energy...
take for example how the moon affects
the tides in the seas ...By the
same token, Because of the rumblings
on earth, it is effectuating and
affectuating ALL of Your bodies:
physically, E_Motionally, psychically,
intellectually, spiritually ...
Henceforth, You are dealing with
a spectrum of events,

issues are still surfacing,
some With memories, some Without ...
During these E_Motional upheavals,

re_member it is a clearing of
old E_Motional Issues ...

Your body is experiencing odd
aches & pains, flu like symptoms,
dizziness, skin is dry, mouth is dry
including strange tastes, eyes
watering, memory loss are just
a few of the symptoms ...
Not to worry dear Ones it
shall pass ...
it is all due to the interactions
of energies during the shiftings ... In the
interim, We advise You to be sure
You rest, drink ALLOT of
fresh Spring water...
it is better to squeeze a lemon or
orange in the water ...
eat Lighter foods & as much fresh
and raw foods as is possible ...
if Your body craves something
go ahead and eat it ...
Pay Close attention to what
Your body is telling You ...
Gaia has the same "bodies"
as do You ...the etheric,
the physical , the intellectual, the
psychical, the e_motional, the spiritual ...
what You are feeling & sensing is
clearly being reflected back to You
by mother earth ...
stop to watch all that is physically
happening around You,
look at Mother earth's turmoil &
eruptions ...is this not what
You are experiencing as well ?
Notwithstanding the fact,
Not Only is Mother earth a
mirror but she is also a healer ...
during the cleansings Your Bodies
are functioning to everything
that is vibrating ... it is
just a matter of restoring
the equilibrium by integrating,
balancing, aligning before all
the multi-faceted aspects of
your soul is able to dance
with gaia's multi-faceted aspects
of her soul in Unison ...
Henceforth, once again You &
Gaia will resonate in Harmony
