We are a member of Tournament of Bands.
The Norristown Eagle Marching Band has demonstrated
Their abilities over the Past Fifteen Years.

The Band Prides itself upon innovative show concept and design,
intense Performance, excellence in marching, and a full,
symphonic sound for its size!

The Logo Shown here is designed by Noel Kennedy of our Band Alumni,
and is actually on our 1994 TOB Band Group II Championship Jackets.

A Silver Placement in Atlantic Coast Conference Finals Competition
GrouP I Championships in 2002
Eleventh Place Overall in Group One

In Chapter III Group I , We Finished Second to,The New Overall Champions of Group One, Gold Placement Finalists,
our Chapter 3 Champions W.C. Henderson. Great Job Guys and Gals, Henderson Defeated Last Years Champions, Triton.

The Norristown Area High School Marching Band is Proud to present it's 2002 Production "A Norristown Operetta". Featuring the music of Rossini and Puccini.

The Band will take you thru 3 Acts of Italian Opera; opening with the rousing "Barber of Seville Overture", by Gioacchino Rossini, highlighting the Opening Scene of the Operatic caper.

In Act II, the Band and Color Guard will interpret a love almost lost with the aria, " Nessum Dorma", from the Opera " La Boheme ", by Giacomo Puccini.

In the Final Act, the Humerous adventures of the " Italian Algiers Overture ", will make way for a rousing finale, in full Operatic Tradition!

The Norristown Area High School Marching Band would like to thank the Norristown Area High School Music Boosters, and the Norristown Area School District for it's undying support.

The Norristown Band Program has many accomplishments over the years, including being A four time Tournament of Bands, Chapter 3 Champion, Atlantic Coast Group II Champions in 1994, and our Indoor Color Guard was the T.I.A. All-Chapter Champion in 1998
