Book of Shadows History of Wicca My Views Principals of Belief Witch Trials

Merry Meet! This section, as always, is under construction. That is because I am always trying to add new information to my Web. this is the heart of my Web Page, providing information about various aspects of Wicca.

Select the topic you would like to find out more about from the list above. Here's a little overview if each:

8 Sabbats
There are 8 sabbats or "holidays" that are recognized by most Wiccans. This page has a description of each Sabbat, typical altar decorations, and types of rituals that are performed on this day.

Book of Shadows
This is a witches "cookbook" which contains a witches information for practicing the art and science of witchcraft. Some of the things I have included in my on-line book of shadows are:

Correspondences
These are tables of information used in performing rituals. You can reference
Astrological Correspondences When is the best day/phase of the Moon/ for a spell?
Candle Corresondences What color for what ritual?
Elemental Correspondences Which elemental do you call on for help in a situation?

Healing Chants
These are excellent chants from Silver RavenWolf's book "Hexcraft" which I have used sucessfully for different types of healing.

Tools
This section provides in-depth information on the common tools used in the practice of Wiccan rituals. Currently, there is information on:
Athame, a Witches ritual knife.
The Chalice a Witches ritual cup.
Runes a system of divination. New!

Witch Trial History
This provides dates and information from the 10th century to present time. There is also some links to obtain more detailed historical information.

My Views on Wicca
My Wiccan beliefs - you may share some, all or none!  Also my, and some other Wiccans, definitions on What is a Witch.

Principals of Belief
These are the 13 principals adopted by the American Council of Witches that many Wiccans follow today. Check it out for a good overview of what we are, and are not.

Recommended Reading
These are books I recommend reading for more information on Wicca. Almost all I have read several times, and all I currently own.  I also have books I recommend on the history of Paganism, and Lakota beliefs which are close to my heart. I have also reprinted Army Chaplain's Guide to Wicca which is an excellent summary of the Wiccan beliefs.
