I have been fortunate to attend the workshops, seminars, classes and conventions listed below for educators for free or very little cost in 1997 and 1998, thanks to federal grants, the State Department of Education - Community Education Section, the College of Education at the University of Hawaii, Farrington, Kaimuki, and McKinley community schools and private sector business organizations in Hawaii.
