Endorphin

What People Have 2 Say
Oh Todd!
I love your POETRY!
It's remarkable! So intelligent! So classy! So sexy! Damn, you're one cool
man!
-Shanna
Todd,
Thanks for your interest in what we (Trisomie
21) have done. It was a big surprise to see this excellent work about
us (Trisomie
21). If you have any question, or whatever, email!
Kind regards
Bruno Objoie (From
TRISOMIE 21)
Hi. Todd,
I notice you do the
official CLOSE LOBSTERS page. I am, myself, a rather large Close
Lobsters fan (in particular their early records on Fire). You may or
may not know how influential they have been in the indiepop community.
There is a new record label in Germany called Firestation Tower for instance.
(Peter Hahndorf, who wrote that piece on the Lobsters, is also very well
known in the world of indiepop.) Anyhow, thanks for the great site.
I agree that its hard for music to get much better than Foxheads.
And err...do you know anything about possible reissues of the early singles.
I have the song "never seen before" on a compilation and it is so incredible.
Unfortunately their early singles are
hard to find in the states (they have all been deleted by fire...).

T21...
so brilliant... great site, finally a complete information site on the
band... ...
gotta go for now.

Hello....
No you don't know me, so you can stop running e-mail addresses around
in your head :) I was surfing around on the net when I came across your
site for T21.
I personally haven't heard them, but
my best friend is a big fan, and I just wanted to check out the site....which
lead me to your site. You've done a really great job..... I'm also a sucker
for poetry,
and so I clicked on one just to see.. and I really liked it... so I read
another..and so on. .... I wanted you to know that you rock and your poetry
is really nifty. You probably think that I'm absolutely nuts to bother
writing you just to say that, but hey.. who needs sanity in a world like
this? Anyway...keep up the good work!
-Sierra Sunshine!

Todd-
Your poetry
is amazing! I love every single word that you write! I truly think that
you are a brilliant writer. Never stop doing it!
-Nicole
Todd,
Many thanks for the hard work you have obviously put into the T21
home page. Your song descriptions are excellent! ...
Good advice for many people I know! thanks.
- John Maas
Hi, Nice site! I also like Close
Lobsters very much ... especially "I Kiss The Flowers in Bloom"
in their 1st "Foxhead
Stalk This Land". It's a perfect song! I myself maintain a site about
Hurrah! of Kitchenware Records.

Todd,
Today, while I'm struggling through the net, I've found your page about
Trisomie
21. I was very enjoyed! I am a music and record collector who
followed the old T21.
Up to the "One million lights"
I'm a proud owner of the stuff which were released before it, except
the original first ones and which I don't know. But I have to offer you
my congratulations. A fan of a band, which is known by a very small
amount of people and unknwon by the mass, like you is conquesting my attention.
I think T21
have
made further good releases, but I'm in the progress of changing everytime
and I've kept the things of the pastforever. All the best for you!
God and the Devil will be with your soul,
Dirk
Hi Todd,
I've asked tons of people what happenned to Close Lobsters and no one
really knows. Finally I find your Official
CLOSE LOBSTERS web site with all the lyrics and stuff. Wow!
now i can figure out the lyrics to the old songs. I saw Lobsters play in
Lawrence KS around 89 or 90 with Bob Mould. They actually blew Bob
away. The singer came out in shorts with suspenders and it wasn't
that warm out.. I was on the front row and all I can say is it rocked!
Thanks,
Mark Westfall
Todd,
I think you a beautiful person! Your poetry
actually excites me! The work you did on the music web sites and your rhymes
are amazing! You over power all the other writers on the site not because
it's your site but because you are more talented... They are very talented
too! But you are amazing!
Love,
Cynthia J.
Todd,
Your TRISOMIE
21 page is really great, it has a lot of information... Hey, I checked
The
Official CLOSE LOBSTERS page. I've never heard of them, but from what
I've read, they sounded quite okay. I also visited the rest of your site
[nice to know you like The Sisters Of Mercy as well :)].. Nice to know
that you also like POETRY
and SHORT
STORIES.. You've got a nice site!
Bye,
Rosana

Todd and Sue!
Both of you are brilliant writers!!! Todd, I love your poem title "Two
Strangers In An Elevator". I think it so wild but still so honest...
completely brilliant! Sue, I love your play "Why
Am I Dressed Like Marie Antionette?" I think it is completly f'ing
crazy! I love it! It's a chaotic world which needs chaotic writers like
you two!
Simon from Manchester, England
Todd,
Trisomie

Sell's page, now I will come here as well!
Mike Mitchell
Todd,
thank someone for the net...I am so glad I found your site...I love
the CLOSE

IS THERE TO SMILE ABOUT?, last week in a used cd section of a mom
and pop music shop...I screamed out loud...I was so happy...I cannot find
FOXHEADS
STALK THIS LAND (my favourite!) anywhere... They are in my top 5 of
all time greatest bands!!!! .....foxheads do stalk this land...
thanks...
david leach

Hi there Todd.
Its a pleasure and an honour that you have taken the time to display
your musical taste through the vehicle of the Close
Lobsters. From this i surmise you are indeed at least as warped in
the head as me ! Congratulations ! ... From my perspective the website
was really interesting cos it was your perception of the songs.
Andrew Burnett (Lead Singer of CLOSE
LOBSTERS)

Todd
I really enjoyed your new poems...especially "The
Opiate Soul"
-Lauren Randazzo
You're a very beautiful person, Todd. I don't just mean that
in the physical sence. You have a good heart and a good soul.
There aren't that many people who have either. I think about D-floor
days and I think one of the things I miss most about those days was coming
back from class and not being able to wait to tell you about my day and
to here about yours. You've always been a good friend
Thank you.
Sue Wirt
Todd,

hey todd, whuttup.
i saw your web page, man. pretty snazzy. i link to you from my "people"
page. and also to your Enkephalins
page from my "music" page. neat-o.
-Vasil
Hi Todd,
I think that your web site about Trisomie
21 is the best of the web, I like your description of each songs and
the picture you put on your page. I will try to send you old version I
have about "Memories" and the other but it's bad recorded and it must take
a long time because I'm not at my home now; I think it could interest you.
I found your site with Altavista by writing "+Trisomie +21 +music". My
favorite songs are "see the devil in me", "Il se noie" and "la fete triste
(live version)" If you can write the lyric of the song which are in english
(what you hear), It will be perfect: I had never understand what the singer
said
in "See the devil in me" now with your web site I know what he says
(and I can tell you what he says in french in this song: "Et ton desir
s'enfuit au moment de la peur" ("and your desire run off when the fear
comes" something like this in english)).Sorry for my english.
regards,
Marc-Etienne LEGRAND
love always.....will always love
