Beagles
I own two little beagles right now
and the breed is fairly new to our household. The first Beagle we
had (Shilo) died at 4 months old and was loved greatly by the family.
Our two youngsters are Chubby and Runty or Samson and Rocky depending on
who you ask ;). They are an energentic breed given to rambunctios
play and mock fighting. The personalities differ in ours with chubby
being a tad shy and runty being a devil dog. I like to own all my
animals in pairs for company and these two are brothers.
Beagles are in the hound family
and were bred for the chase. They are used mainly for hare but can
track just about anything. There speed is quite amazing and they
are powerfully built through the chest.
