Your site is lovely and spiritually filling.
I suggest a legend with items: l=laundry, c=cafeteria, d=directions (NE) (SW)?, IFALL is on the Snake River, ARIZ is downtown, ect. Also in the San Diego temple there are fascinating stars on everything from the doorknobs to the shape of the garden. Tha
ks for a good site..lovely wonderful job you are doing. I will definitely share this with all my acquaintences. Janice Shaw

Just a quick note to let you know that the Angel Moroni on the Monticello temple is now gold. I'm not sure when they changed it, but when the temple was dedicated a year ago, he was white. I was just there yesterday, and he is gold now.

You have a great start! I am concerned that you keep the spirit of the sacred nature of the temple. I'm sure the pictures you have are pre-dedication, but please be aware that not everyone that who visits your page is LDS. These people may use it for g
od or evil. Perhaps some good tools would be Boyd K. Packer's Bood (not the pamphlet) *The Holy Temple*, and the special edition of the Ensign "Temples." This could be a great missionary tool--good luck!

I enjoy being able to see pictures of the temples. There are actually a number of sites with exterior pictures, but this is the most extensive set of interior pictures I have found.
For those who have commented about the temple being sacred and wondering about the use of these pictures I say that the church, as far as I know, has pictures of every room in every temple in their archives. They use these pictures in published material
rom time to time, which is apparently the source of these pictures. The Church publishes material with these photos and makes them available to the public, so I don't see a reason why publically available pictures would not be OK to put on the Internet,
xcept possible copyright infringement. The Church usually allows non-commercial use of its copyrighted material, however, unless they are used against the Church, which they are not in this case.

I was married in the Atlanta Temple in 1989. You might want to do a little more research on this temple. Its interesting to note that some members of the church have been rather critical of this temple considering it's smaller size. Many people I have
alked with were disgruntled about the original design of the baptistry. It looked much like a baptistry in a meeting house with only a bas-relief (sp?) mural of the twelve oxen. Its also interesting to know that the temple has been renovated with a new
aptistry (on the backs of oxen!!) I haven't been back since this area was finished.
Even with the sometimes coarse remarks I've heard about this temple being "ugly" or "small", it still holds a place in my heart! I think it is beautiful. And I will miss the old baptistry. I'll never forget the dedication session I attended where I was
seated in the baptistry chapel or waiting area. It had a separate entrance, through which entered the apostle and future prophet of the church, Ezra Taft Benson! Thrilling!

I would just like to say that this oage is really cool. However I would like to point out that many of your pictures of temple interiors are outdated. For example the New Zealand Temple has been extensively refurbished and is now tastefully decorated in a
tique styled furniture and other adornments. Also the room which you identified as the First Presidencys Council Room in the Salt Lake Temple is in fact the council room for the Presidency of the Seventy.

Another idea is to have a temple pics contest so you can get outside pictures from "valid" sources. Make it clear that you would post contest winners' pictures on the web site.
