No matter where life may bring you, there are certain times of the year that your heart urges to be home. Myself, the hardest time to be away from home is on a holiday. Please feel free to consider this your "on-line home" for the holidays. Being that I am from Louisiana and married to a full blooded Cajun, these pages can't help but have a Cajun slant.

When I think of any holiday, but Christmas in particular, I can't help but think about food! If you have never had the pleasure of a Cajun Christmas dinner, here's one your family might enjoy. We can start with Cajun Deep Fried Turkey or Cajun Baked Ham. Then we must have a Rice or CornBread Dressing. Next how about some Creamed Potatoes and Creamed Corn. And what's better than dessert? Try these delights -- I have many times :-)
