The following recipes were taken from hand written recipe books that were written by my late Aunt Gladys. She passed away in 1997. Some of the recipes came from my Granny who passed away in 1970 and those recipes are over 100 years old. I didn't change the recipes in any way. They are here exactly as I found them.

Some were my Mothers, some are from Sister-in-Laws, my Sister, Aunts, and many friends. Others I have collected and tried. I've added some ingredients to improve or left out other ingredients that made some recipes too spicy.
