Quick Cajun Rice Dressing by:

1 can Chicken Soup (cream)
1 can Celery Soup (cream)
1 can Onion Soup (cream)
1 can Mushroom Soup (cream)
4 cups uncooked rice
1 cup water

Brown:

1 large bell pepper chopped
1 med. onion chopped
2 lbs ground chuck

Boil:

1 ½ cups chicken livers
1 ½ chicken gizzards

Chop chicken livers and gizzards.

Mix all above ingredients together and season to taste with a dash of Sage, Seasoned Salt, Garlic, and Black Pepper. Bake in 350 degree preheated oven for 45 minutes.
