Granny's Pear Relish by:
Goldie Erline Rivers Stanfield

Grind Well:

15 med size pears
10 onions
1 whole stalk celery
3 large bell peppers
4 to 6 hot green peppers
4 bannana peppers
2 cups sugar
2 cups vinegar
2 Tbsp salt
2 tsp celery seed
1 jar dejon mustard

Mix all ingredients well. Cook over slow fire for 25 min.
Scald jars and lids.
Fill jars and process in a water bath.
Makes 7 pints
