Red Velvet Cake

2 1/2 c. Flour
1 1/2 c. Sugar
1 tsp. Soda
2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 tsp. Cocoa
2 eggs
1 c. Buttermilk
2 c. Wesson Oil
1 1/2 tsp. Salt
1 tsp. Vinegar
1 oz. Red Food Coloring
1 tsp. Vanilla

Cream sugar and oil, add eggs and beat well. Add vinegar and fook coloring. Add dry ingredients. Add vanilla and buttermilk. Bake in 3 layers at 325 degrees.

Frosting:

Blend these ingredients together.

1 Stick Butter
1 tsp. Vanilla
1 Box Powdered Sugar
8 oz. Cream Cheese
1 c. Chopped Nuts

After cake cools, frost layers and stack.
