2 Sticks Butter 3 c. Sugar 1 tsp. Coconut Flavoring 1/2 tsp. Baking Powder
1 c. Sweet Milk
1/2 c. Shortening 5 Eggs 3 c. Plain Flour 1/2 tsp. Salt
Cream butter and shortening; add sugar. Mix well. Beat in eggs, one at a time. Combine flour, baking powder
and salt; add in alternate proportions with milk. Add flavoring last. Bake in greased and floured tube, Bundt or loaf pan
at 325 degrees for 1 1/2 hours or until done.
