Trevathan Coat of Arms Defined

The Trevathan Coat of Arms is officially documented in Burke's General Armory.
The original description of the Arms (Shield) is as follows:

Argent a boar passant gules armed or between three mullets of the second.

ARGENT: (Background of Chevron) means "Peace and Sincerity".

GULES (Red of the Boar) means: "Military Fortitude and Magnanimity".

OR (Gold Tusks) denotes: Generosity and Elevation of Mind

MULLET: Star denotes: Third Son When translated the blazon also described the original colors of the Trevathan Arms as:

"Silver: A red boar walking, with gold tusks and hoofs, between three red stars".
