Article 2. The Official Bulletin of the Hutt River Province Principality may publish:

a) Acts;
b) Decrees;
c) Proposals of the Legislation Committee to that extent prescribed by the Cabinet;
c) multilateral and bilateral treaties, conventions and agreements;
d) unilateral official letters from the Cabinet;
e) official messages from the Sovereign
f) statements from the Ministry of Foreign Affairs;
g) official reports of meetings and conferences;
h) official State, diplomatic and consular appointments and dismissals;
i) concessional agreements and investments terms for foreign investors to that extent prescribed by the Cabinet;
j) association, society and company registrations.

Article 3. In cases of amendment Acts the full text of the original act does not have to be published. A notice specifying the place(s) where copies of the act with amendments can be obtained must be published.

Article 4. The Official Bulletin of the Hutt River Province Principality shall be published under the responsibility of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs.
