Administration Rights :
The Administration Board will legislate and administer the performance of all administrative, and judical matters, until a Government is elected in accordance with the provisions of the Constitution of the Hutt River Province.
Citizenship :
Descendants of citizens born in the Hutt River Province or whilst in
transit internationally may claim citizenship by registering within
the period stipulated by law.
Persons not already a citizen may apply for citizenship by naturalization.
Human Rights :
No law shall abridge the rights, privileges or immunities of any person.
Every citizen shall receive the protection of the law against any action
perpetuated to attempt to force or entice them to do an act which may be
treasonable against the intrests of the Hutt River Province.
Every person's life, liberty, property, pursuit of economy, happiness
and freedom of fear, are rights to be enjoyed without interference.
Judicatory :
Whilst human rights are not a privilege to create a nuisance to other
persons, all persons shall thus be given the full protection of the law.
No person shall ever be refused the right of appeal.
Affirmation :
"To no one will we sell, deny or delay right of justice to."

Adopted by the Administration Board, Hutt River Province, 1 March, 1971, having been accepted by the vote of the peoples of the Hutt River Province.
