Our country is a developing country and has a great need for skilled people and financial contribution to help its development.
The Hutt River Development Fund was established in 1997 for the purpose to assist fiancially the Principality's development.

The following open letter has been released by HRH Prince Leonard to the Citizens and Representatives in Europe :

We, His Royal Highness Prince Leonard would be most pleased, and do approve of the possible intentions by some of our representatives and citizens, to further their activities and endeavours in developing a fund, the purpose of which is to assist Hutt River Province, in whatever form is practical.

The fund program may be assisted initially amongst other activities also by the sale of products of Hutt River Province items.

After which due consideration may be given by those involved in the fund as to how to apply any fund thus had, in its application for Hutt River Provinces benefit.

This intention does therefore have our full support for its success.
