The Ministry of Foreign Affairs of the Hutt River Province Principality wishes to point out the proliferation all over the world of companies and associations which, using sometimes symbols and names not unlike those of the Principality, are pursuing profit-making ends.

They do this by making apparently attractive proposals for transactions - in some cases demonstrated to be fraudulent and reported to the pertinent judicial authorities - that, besides damaging the good faith of those who become involved, may create misunderstanding and confusion.

These companies and associations have no connection whatsoever nor programmatic agreements of any kind with the Hutt River Province Principality and much caution is recommended in considering tempting proposals from organizations claiming to be the Hutt River Province Principality or to act with the permission of the Hutt River Province Principality, possibly checking their status with the official representations of the Hutt River Province Principality in their respective countries.
