Headwaters Hill !

Note: On July 12, 2001, the U.S. Board on Geographic Names accepted our proposed name for this mountain. So "Headwaters Hill" is now official! However, I have not yet had a chance to rewrite the rest of this site to that effect. So keep in mind that nothing below this line has been updated.

"Headwaters Hill" is our proposed name for an as-yet-unnamed mountain in south central Colorado. Before you leave, please be sure and take a moment to fill out this short feedback form, and give us your thoughts about our idea. (There are links to the form from every page at this site.)

Please note: when I originally posted these pages in early 1999, I was advocating the name "Three River Point" for this mountain. Since then, a lot has happened - not the least of which, I've met some others who are also aware of this mountain's significance, and who have unofficially been referring to it as "Headwaters Hill". I've tried to edit these pages to reflect that, but if you do happen to come across the name "Three River Point", please mentally substitute that name with "Headwaters Hill". I'd also appreciate if you'd e-mail me and let me know, so I can change it (my address is at the bottom of every page).
