The following information was submitted by Issur Mendel Kusnetz of the Chassidus group:

Rabbi Pinchas Dovid Horowitz, b. 1876 Yerushalayim; d.1941 Williamsburg, NY, becomes the Bostoner Rebbe upon his arrival to Boston in 1915
Rabbi Moshe Horowitz, b. 1913 Yerushalyim; d. 1985, became Bostoner Rebbe of NY in 1941
Current Rebbes: R' Levi Yitzhak Horowitz, of Brookline, MA and Har Nof, Jerusalem (b. 1921- present) became Rebbe in Boston in 1944
R' Chaim Avroham Horowitz, shlita (b. 1934-present): Boro Park and Ramat Beit Shemesh
R' Pinchas Dovid Horowitz, shlita (b? -present): Flatbush

Bostoner chassidus is active and chassidim are found worldwide; major centers (with beis medrash and/or yeshivah/kollel) are in NY and Eretz Yisrael.
