Chortkov has no real Rebbe today. There is a kloiz in Manchester, run by HaRav Yisroel Friedman shlita, a descendant of the Rizhiner and Chortkover Rebbes. The first Rebbe of Chortkov was Rav Dovid Moshe Friedman, a son of Rav Yisroel Rizhiner. Rav Dovid Moshe's son was Rav Yisroel Friedman. Rav Yisroel ran his Chassidut with the concept of Hod ShebaTiferes, or majesty in glory. He died shortly before the second World War. After Rav Yisroel, his son, Rav Nochum Dov Friedman, served as Rebbe, but there was no subsequent Rebbe.
