The Spinka dynasty was founded by Rav Yosef Meir Weiss, a chassidishe Rebbe in Hungary and author of the Sefer Imrei Yosef. His son, R' Yitzchok Eizik Weiss became Rebbe after him and he was murdered in the Holocaust.
