Welcome! This gallery contains a series of short discussions regarding the creation or study of particular manuscript leaves, both reproduction leaves and pre-1600 leaves. The articles are, for the most part, quite short, providing either a line drawing and a color image with a short discussion of the making of the item, or a detailed description of a particular manuscript leaf that I have had the opportunity to hold and study.
