You aren't about to sit here any longer! Your nerves are going
to send you to an insane asylum! Quickly, you get up and
out of your bed and touch Mary's shoulder lightly to wake her up.
Mary lets out a huge high pitched scream which lasts about
5 seconds. You jump backward as her scream scares you to death!
"What are you guys doing??!!! I am trying to sleep!" Jim yells out.
"Sorry Jim, Richard startled me and it was my first reaction."
she answered back to him.
"Way to go, Richard, now all of us are awake" Nick calls out.
Well that was easy enough you think to yourself and sort of
chuckle inside. You do feel bad for having to wake them up,
but you feel so much better than you did before.
"Richard, why did you wake me up, anyway?" Mary inquizes.
You don't want to tell her becuase it makes you feel uncomfortable
becuase you can see how silly it would sound to all three of
them, especially Jim, he is the type that would make fun of you
for being scared.
"I had a very bad feeling that something was about to happen. I
was just a little scared, that's all." you say
You can tell Jim is about to make a comment but never gets
the chance. A loud BANG fills the cabin that shakes
it like there is an earthquake.
"What was that???!!" Nick yells.
"I don't know!!" Mary answers back.
"I say we go investigate it." Jim says with confidence.
"No way!" both Nick and Mary shout at the same time.
"What about you, Richard, do you want to come investigate with
me, or are you scared????" Jim asks you.
When Jim says the word scared, it sounds as if he was
challenging you.
