This is a page dedicated to one of my favorite athletes, Amy Van Dyken. She is an exceptional swimmer. She took home four gold medals in Atlanta. As you may well know, she's on a Wheaties box, too.
Well then, it looks like the page is due for a good old fashioned face lift. So far I've changed the banner and navigation map. More changes to come, kids. Peace.
