George Brett
Baseball Hall of Fame member
In 21 seasons, all with the Kansas City Royals, Brett was a 12 time all-star (1976-'86, '88) and became the first man to win batting titles in three decades (1977, '80, '90). Brett was selected as the American League M.V.P. when he hit .390 with 24 homers and 118 R.B.I. with a .664 slugging percentage. His career totals are: .305 average, 3154 hits, 317 homers, 1595 R.B.I., 1583 runs scored and 665 doubles. Brett led the Royals to their only world championship in 1985.
