Greg Foster
Three time World Champion, 100 Meter Hurdles.
Foster won World Championships in 1983, '87 and '91, becoming the sport's first three time World Champion in any event. He won the silver medal at the 1984 Olympic Games. He was prevented from competing in 1980 by boycott and 1988 and '92 by injury. Foster ranked first in the world in 1982, '83, '86, '87 and '91. He was ranked second five times and ranked in the top ten fifteen times from 1977 to '92, a record for men's track events. He also set a world record of 7.37 second in the indoor 60 meter hurdles.
