Al Kaline

Member of the Baseball Hall of Fame.

A 17 time all-star for the Detroit Tigers (1955-'67, '71, '74). Kaline in the youngest batting champion ever, batting .340 in 1955 at the age of 20. He totaled 3,007 career hits and batted .297 including 9 seasons over .300. Also had 1,583 career RBI, scored 1,622 runs and hit 399 home runs. Kaline won 10 gold gloves (1957-'59, '61-'67) and was elected to the Hall of Fame in 1980, his first year of eligibility.
