Olympic silver and bronze medalist
Ladejo was a member of the British 4x400 meter relay teams in the 1992 and 1996 Olympic Games. He ran in the heats in both Olympics, not the final. He took a bronze medal in 1992 and a silver in 1996. In 1994 he won the European Championships. In 1997 he switched to the decathlon and finished seventh at the 1998 Commonwealth Games.
