Freddie Patek


Two-time Major League all-star.

A true "short" stop, Patek at 5'5" was one of the smallest players in major league history. A 14 year career with the Pirates and Royals, Patek was an American League all-star in 1976 and '78. His 53 steals led the American League in 1977.
