Bob Rigby
Holds N.A.S.L. record for goals allowed average
The first pick overall in the N.A.S.L. draft in 1973 by the Philadelphia Atoms, Rigby set a league record of 0.62 goals allowed that would stand until the end of the league. He was a second team N.A.S.L. All-Star in 1973 and 1974 and on September 3, 1973 he was on the cover of Sports Illustrated. He was sold to the Cosmos prior to the 1976 season.
