Because CSEA is Colosseum's highest award, we must have some site guidelines.
  1. Your site must be located in the Geocities neighborhood Colosseum.
  2. Your page MUST follow the Geocities Content Guidelines.
  3. Its main theme should be sports.
  4. You must fill in each area on this form, or your nomination will not be accepted.

Having the following will improve your chances of winning the CSEA:
  • Having your site reviewed by the CCC and getting an A or B.
  • Winning either Featured Sites, CHoF and/or your Suburb Center award.
  • Attractive (not excessive) graphics and a layout that is easy to navigate.
  • No "Under Construction" banners.
  • Your site should be more than one HTML page.
  • Please, do not nominate "Not Moved in Yet" sites or links directories.
  • Your main page should be named "index.html".
  • Sites made using Pagebuilder, Yahoo Wizards, or any other editor that does not require a knowledge of HTML will usually not win the CSEA.
