Latvia

Bandy in Latvia has a similar history to that in Estonia; it it started in Riga 1911 and championships were held 1920-33. Clubs from Riga (four different) won every year. The Latvian rules were a bit different, with only 9 players and lower goals. 11-a-side bandy was played in Latvia while it was part of the Soviet Union, but today the game is extinct.
