When you make a web page you can choose the colors
for the background (BGCOLOR) the text (TEXT)
Links (LINK) an active link (ALINK) and a 
visited link (VLINK). You can change these by typing
in different codes in the source of your page.
Example BGCOLOR="FFFFFF" would make a white
background.Here is a color chart, made by Doug Jacobson and
used with his permission.
