On a rainy day at the 23rd of June I came across
an orphanage. Wondering what there might be waiting inside I took a glimpse...and
my heart jumped with joy! So many innocent little mousies with not even
a home and neither a mum nor dad. It made me feel sad. Not that they didn't
receive all the tender loving care they need...but what a difference to
a mum and dad you can call your own and whose love is especially all for
yourself! Without hesitation I adopted two of those orphans to give them
all the love one can hold for another being!
So now let me announce with pride
and joy:
Willy and Mauphy
And now since the 24th of May the new addition: Rianod

Those of you who mean no harm to my little
mousies are most welcome in my house.
Now please follow me silently into the nursery
and don't disturb their peaceful slumber!
THE NURSERY
This is the place where the mousies take their nap. It
is important that they get enough sleep and baby mousies need a lot of
it. So please be silent and sneak on your toes! Mummy Mouse has a baby
monitor installed so she always will know when something is buging her
little ones and can hurry to soothe them. When it is about bedtime Mummy
Mouse always reads or tells her babies a story.
THE DRESSINGROOM
Even a mouse has to be dressed properly. And we have
only the best for our little mousies. Mummy Mouse is very proud of the
nice clothing she bought for her kiddies. The latest fashion from

THE PLAYROOM
Willy, Mauphy and Rianod love to play with the many toys
they have. This is what they enjoy the most. But cleaning up the room is
another story...Mauphy is very fond of her teddy which cuddles close to
her when it is bedtime. Willy loves cuddly toys as well and Rianod is having
fun with the rope. She also loves music and has already a beautiful voice.
It seems that she also has a talent for the fiddle. Playing is most important
for kids, because they learn lots of things through playing.
MAMA MOUSE'S DOMAIN
This is the place Mama Mouse (me) spends most of the
time. Seeing to it that the mousies always have neat clean clothes, clean
nappies, not to mention providing food...
Willy always is in search for a small piece of cheese
or a soft bisquit and you will notice from all the crumbs on the floor
that he was lucky finding something!
Mummy Mouse is very good at baking and making jam. But
as soon as a cake is ready it has almost disappeared.
Papa Mouse drops in after work and helps Mummy Mouse
as good as he can. He is very good at ironing and changing the nappies.
A very gentle and loving daddy and husband. On weekends he plays a lot
with the kiddies which he thinks is very important for them.
THE MOUSE CLASSROOM
Even mice have to learn about life, what kind of cheese
there is, how to avoid cats...there are lot of things a mouse has to know
about...Emer, the nanny-mouse and my most reliable mousie-sitter, teaches
them all they have to know and most of all she is watching them closely.
No mousenapper will ever get close enough to my mousies. So beware! She
also does nice things with the kids like making colorful paper flowers
or little planes from paper. Painting is also something she teaches Rianod.
Emer makes learning fun which is important to have the kids to like enjoy
learning.
...she takes care of my little mousie's sleep...and that no harm will
fall on them...
