Howdy! My name is Casey James. I just turned 4. I love Buzz and Woody. I can't wait until mommy can buy Toy Story 2 for me. She says I will get it for Christmas. *giggle

Pics of the month I live in Florida with my Mom and Dad, and my Big brother and Sister, Mariah and Cody. Mariah is 11 and Cody is 9. I just love being the baby. They all like to spoil me. J

I love to watch movies. I don't care for cartoons tho. I like the ones with real people or ones like Toy Story. I also like to watch Barney and Blues clues. I have pages about them too.

I have never been much of a talker. Mommy never worried about it a whole lot until I turned 3. It was apparent I was very smart, so no one seemed to know why I wasn't talking. After a few tests, and I started pre-school, they found out I have Developmental Verbal Apraxia. If you click on the link you can learn more about it. Seems my brain just doesn't communicate with my mouth very well. I just started going to school 3 days a week to a special speech class.I have a wonderful teacher, and have even made a girlfriend. *giggle Hopefully with therapy I will learn to talk just like other kids.Mommy says I am making up for not talking tho. I can already type my name on the computer and I play my brother's spelling game. I can match the letters very well. Mom says I am making up for not talking by being so smart.
UPDATE- I am now saying lots of words. I can repeat just about anything. I am still having lots of trouble putting together a whole sentence tho. I am sure that will come in time too. It's so much easier to be able to tell Mommy and Daddy what I want or need. Life is getting so much easier for all of us.

This is me and my best friend Chandler. We have been best bud's since birth. His family moved to Gainesville a couple of years ago, so we only see each other about 4 times a year.
