The Primary objective of publishing this magazine is to spread Qura'nic sciences & Islamic knowledge for the enlightenment of young, and not so young, masses. In order to meet the objective in a becoming & effective manner, Masoom designs the contents with a conscious & effort.

Masoom includes authentic information on religious, historic, and scientific issues, in the background of Islamic culture of the sub-continent, in language that is easy to read, & easier to understand. The material is as entertaining as it is informative.

Masoom, the monthly URDU magazine, started publication from Islamabad, Pakistan in June 1994. It comes out every month regularly. GOD be with us, the electronic edition launched on 15th Shaban 1419 A.H., corresponding December 5, 1998.
