Hi, I'm Kayla and I would like to welcome you to my dance studio and recital pages.
Note: I no longer dance but am leaving these pages up as a reminder of the good times I had when dancing.

First, let me tell you of my dance experience. I am 14 years old and I love dance. Ballet is my favorite and I practice all the time even in grocery stores, at my bus stop, everywhere I go (my mom says I'm embarrassing).

I have been taking dance since I was 4 years old and I fell in love with it. I currently take jazz, tap and ballet. In December of '98 I was in our community production of the Nutcracker, which is my favorite ballet although I do like Sleeping Beauty too. I was a snow maiden which was a small part but I loved all the rehearsals and we did 4 performances for school children from around the state. My dream is to play Clara some day.

My teacher is named Cherie and I think she is the best teacher in the world. I started out at the studio where she worked and when she left to open her own studio, I followed. She is strict but she makes me want to do my best. Maybe one day, I will teach dance. I just hope I can be as good as she is.

I wanted to show my love of dance by making these pages. They are meant to be fun as I think dance should be. Please come back often!
